RETURNS POLICY
At POWERSPIKE PC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a return policy subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. This policy applies to all purchases made directly from POWERSPIKE PC.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Time Limit: You may return most new, unopened items within 5 calendar days of the delivery date.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unused condition, with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any bundled software or promotional items intact.
- Proof of Purchase: All returns require a valid proof of purchase from POWERSPIKE PC (e.g., original invoice, receipt).
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Opened software, games, or digital download codes.
- Consumable items (e.g., thermal paste, cleaning kits) once opened.
- Items that have been used, installed, or show signs of wear and tear.
- Custom-built PCs or specially ordered items (unless defective upon arrival).
- Gift cards.
- Items explicitly marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable.”
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Customer Service: Before returning any product, contact POWERSPIKE PC customer service via email or phone. Provide your order number, product details, and the reason for the return.

- Return Authorization: If your return is deemed eligible, you will be provided with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to return the product. Returns without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
- Packaging: Securely package the product in its original packaging (if available) or suitable protective packaging to prevent damage during transit. Include all original accessories, manuals, and a copy of your proof of purchase. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product back to POWERSPIKE PC. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the package, as POWERSPIKE PC is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.
- Inspection: Upon receiving the returned product, we will inspect it to verify its condition and ensure all original components are present. This process may take up to 3 business days.
3. Refunds
- Approved Returns: If the return is approved after inspection, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
- Refund Amount: The refund will be for the purchase price of the item(s), minus any applicable shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error or a defective product).
- Processing Time: Please allow 7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Restocking Fee (Optional – if applicable): A restocking fee of 10% may apply to returns of non-defective items that are opened or not in their original, factory-sealed condition. This will be communicated to you during the return authorization process.
4. Exchanges
- We generally do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process for the original item and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive the correct item promptly.
5. Defective or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective product or an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately (within 24 hours of delivery). We will arrange for a return and replacement or refund at no additional cost to you, including covering return shipping costs.
6. Policy Changes
POWERSPIKE PC reserves the right to update or modify this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
